This Reserves Day, we want to thank those who serve in the Armed Forces Reserves.

Reservists balance their civilian lives with a military career to ensure that should their country require them, they are ready.

As an Armed Forces Friendly employer, we’re proud to support any staff with their military commitments. In recent years, we have made crucial changes to reward and recognise staff members within the Armed Forces’ community valuable contributions. These changes include the Guranteed Interview Scheme for veterans, 5 days extra annual leave for adult cadet volunteers and reservists, and up to 10 days paid leave for adult cadet force volunteers.
