Our Community Engagement and Insight Leads work to build community capacity to implement our service goals through resident and cross community engagement that is participatory, inclusive, deliberative, and collaborative.

Key responsibilities are to co-ordinate the Wellbeing Coach Service in B&NES to assure the safe, effective, delivery of the Wellbeing coach and Emotional Wellbeing Coach services across all localities in B&NES. The post holder will work face to face in B&NES to develop and improve accessibility of the B&NES services through the pro-active promotion of referral pathways amongst; primary and secondary care services, other key health care providers, allied professionals, community development initiatives, local agencies and the general public. 

Everyone Health delivers multi-component health related and lifestyle services, including prevention and early intervention, on behalf of Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities in community based localities across the UK
