The key functions of the role are: Working face to face in Westminster on the Physical Activity Referral Service (PARS) using behaviour change methods to help to support adults 18+ with long term conditions to be physically active delivering 1:1 support and group exercise from one of the leisure centres on the framework.

This post will: Be based in the Westminster leisure centres on the Physical Activity Referral Scheme framework and will report to the Physical Activity Referral Scheme Coordinator and Service Manager.

• Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified
• Have an understanding of behaviour change
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
