Regional Operations Manager (East UK)

MAIN PURPOSE

Ensure the smooth running of Everyone Health operations across the health contracts running across the Eastern side of the country (max 8 services per FTE) with a focus on people, core operations, accounts, project delivery and strategy.

 SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Supporting processes and managers with staff recruitment and retention ensuring that services can continue to operate to the required levels of the service
  • Supporting managers in managing stock control and inventory checks.
  • Oversee operational service accounts ensuring that managers deliver them in line with the budget set, and regional targets are met
  • Management and support of service managers/coordinators as required to ensure that key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met
  • Supporting local manager and service relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed by managers
  • Creating and monitoring projects and teams, using MS planner and other tools.
  • Supporting the business development team to generate new business in line with the company growth strategy
  • Reviewing workloads and staffing levels to ensure KPIs can be achieved.
  • Supporting the Directors vision and process ideals for Everyone Health
  • Ensuring staff working on services have positive wellbeing and are operating efficiently.
  • Ensuring service users are satisfied with the service they receive from Everyone Health Ltd
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
  • Acting as a bridge between operations and leadership
  • Coordinating and supporting operations across the region, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Support the group of managers in reporting, developing and working together.

Essential: Operational experience managing public health services and staff; Bachelors degree in a health related subject, clean full driving licence, experience in setting and managing budgets and accounts and working to clear targets.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desirable: Masters level degree in a health related subject, experience at regional management level.

Salary: Range £55-65k FTE basic salary plus car and benefits.
